My story.

A smiling woman with blonde hair wearing a maroon leather jacket, blue jeans, and a white graphic t-shirt holding books standing in front of a green leafy wall.

After 20+ years advising technology leaders in fast-moving markets, building brands, a business, raising my family and traveling the world, it took a dorm room door closing to show me what it really takes to choose adventure when everything is changing.

Today we’re navigating one of the biggest disruptions in how we work, and with it comes real fear and uncertainty. At the same time, many leaders are also moving through their own seasons of change. As AI accelerates the pace of business, how you communicate builds trust, aligns teams, and moves decisions forward.

I’ve navigated many seasons of change and disruption in my career in the fast-paced and always changing technology and travel industries. I’ve launched startups, advised founders and senior executives at companies such as Microsoft and SAP, and built thought leaders in competitive markets.

Alongside that work, I built my own brand, Hip Travel Mama, partnering with companies like Disney, Expedia, and Alaska Airlines sharing my passion for adventure and became a regular travel expert on national and local TV.

I launched a podcast and wrote a book, and today I bring everything I’ve learned to help leaders and individuals navigate change and show up with authentically and consistently in moments of uncertainty.

I created the Choose Adventure Mindset™, a five-step framework to help you move forward with courage and momentum.

If you’re standing at the edge of what’s next, I’d love to support you.
